Registration is for Perry Meridian High School students. 

An active USA Lacrosse membership is required and the registration process will automatically register you.  There is a fee of $35 for the USA Lacross membership. Historically Perry Meridian Lacrosse has done a bulk order of memberships for the team after everyone is registered but moving it to this registration simplifies our team management.  The base price has changed to account for Perry Meridian Lacrosse not having to transfer through that $35.

Player Needs to Provide: 

• Mouth Guard
• Cleats
• If wearing a base layer for games it must be white or black
• Athletic cup (boys)
