Welcome to Ballard HS Girls Lacrosse 2025 Registration! 
You will need a valid USA Lacrosse Membership in order to complete this registration.  If you do not currently have a USA Lacrosse account, you will need to set one up before you register. The $35 USA Lacrosse membership/renewal fee will be added to your cart as part of the registration.

We are a club sport and completely funded through registration fees and fundraising. Although registration fees are $600 per player, it will cost the program approximately $725 per player to facilitate the 2025 season. The Club is glad to provide partial and full scholarships. Registration Fees:
►  Registration is $600 through 01/19/2025. 
►  On 01/20/2025 the fee increases to $650.

Refund Policy:
►  Full refunds are available until 02/23/2025.
►  ONLY a 50% refund 02/24/2025 to 02/28/2025. 
►  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED STARTING 03/01/2025.

All players will need a sports physcial/participation release form that is up to date through 06/30/2024 and on file with BHS school office / in Final Forms.
