3x MIDDLE SCHOOL

3x is a game of quick sticks and decision making to increase lacrosse IQ and stick work, not to mention it’s a blast. Games are 3 v 3 and approx 7-10 min long. We will play as many games as we can in alotted time. Expect high pace, lots of touches and a good time. Why Co-Ed, the boys and girls games are totally different? You are correct, and as far as playing goes, this is about the only application with benefits to both. There is no checking, so the boys aren't wearing gear that the girls are not. It focuses on quick decisions and stick work that can be applied universally. It's a great way to have a blast, build community in a controlled environment that's beneficial to both boys and girls.
