This registration is for boys 14-18 years old that are current students living within the attendance boundaries of Borah High School.  (Capital players are welcome to play as walk-ons.)

Player fees for the Season are $400/player. $50 late fee applies after Feb 2. This covers the cost of coaches, referees, program operations, and field maintenance. 

To complete your registration, you will need to complete the Physical Examination and Consent Form (FOR FRESHMEN AND JUNIORS) -health examhealth exam– This form must be presented to your doctor for a sports physical.  Return to coach or board member by the first practice.

Practices will begin on Feb. 10th and will be held 5 days a week at 5:30.

Note: All participants must have a current USA Lacrosse membership for insurance purposes.  If you are not a current USA Lacrosse member or your membership expires during the season, a USA Lacrosse membership will be included during registration.  

Only parents, legal guardians, or persons 18 years of age or older can enter information for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old and wish to register, you must have a parent or guardian fill in the following forms.
