Cities Lacrosse Lacrosse season! Whether you're new to the game or returning for another season, our program offers a fun and supportive environment for players of all skill levels to grow and develop their lacrosse abilities.

Age Groups:

• Boys & Girls (Ages 8-18): We offer age-specific teams to ensure that players receive appropriate coaching and competition.
• Divisions:
  • U8 
  • U10 
  • U12 
  • U14 
  • High School

Program Features:

• Professional Coaching: Our experienced coaches focus on building fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while helping each player improve their skills.
• Game Schedule: Weekly practices followed by exciting local games and tournaments.
• Player Development: Emphasis on technical skills, physical conditioning, and understanding the game of lacrosse.
• Inclusive Atmosphere: Our program promotes inclusivity, teamwork, and fun for everyone, regardless of skill level.

Registration Details:

• Early Bird Registration: Register by 2/28/25 and receive a shirt. 
• Standard Registration: 1/21/25-3/9/25
• Fee: $225, including participation in league games and practices.
• Important Dates:

• Registration Deadline: 3/9/25
• Season Starts: 3/10/25

Equipment Needed:

• Boys: Helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouthguard, lacrosse stick.
• Girls: Goggles, mouthguard, lacrosse stick.
