Welcome to Parlor City Lacrosse Academy — a year-round lacrosse development program serving players across the Greater Binghamton area.

Our Youth Academy Launch Season is designed to introduce young athletes and their families to the Parlor City Lacrosse Academy experience while building a strong foundation of fundamental lacrosse skills in a fun, positive, and structured environment. The Launch Season consists of two one-hour training sessions held one week apart, giving players the opportunity to experience our coaching philosophy before our full Youth Academy seasons begin. Training sessions will take place at the Greater Binghamton Sports Complex (1500 Airport Rd, Binghamton, NY 13905). Each session will feature station-based training, allowing players to rotate through a variety of skill stations focused on stick work, passing and catching, ground balls, shooting, dodging, footwork, and overall athletic development. Players will receive instruction from multiple coaches throughout each session, maximizing repetitions, individualized coaching, and exposure to every fundamental aspect of the game. Sessions will conclude with a fun, non-contact competition or challenge that reinforces the skills learned while keeping the environment exciting and engaging.

For our inaugural Youth Academy Launch Season, we are inviting boys and girls entering 1st through 6th grade. Players will be grouped by grade level and gender whenever possible to provide an age-appropriate learning environment and maximize player development.

Required equipment for boys includes a helmet, gloves, stick, cleats, and mouthguard. Girls are required to bring a stick, cleats, and mouthguard, with goggles recommended for participation. All participants must maintain an active USA Lacrosse membership and be registered for the appropriate training group prior to participation.

For new USA Lacrosse members, "Age Verification" must be completed before registering (this is a one-time requirement for a player's entire USA Lacrosse membership). This can be completed by logging into your USA Lacrosse account, selecting "My Household Users," editing the player's profile, and submitting one of the accepted verification documents (birth certificate, passport, or driver's license). Verification is typically approved quickly during business hours.

All participants and families are required to review the Parlor City Lacrosse Academy Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement prior to registration. Formal acknowledgment and acceptance of the waiver and media release will be required during the registration process.

As a thank you for joining our Youth Academy Launch Season, every participant will receive a $20 promotional credit toward a future Parlor City Lacrosse Academy Youth Academy season.
