For fall our mission stays the same; to grow the game of lacrosse by making it accessible, affordable, and inspiring for the next generation of players and coaches. Through our Fall clinic, we aim to put sticks in kids' hands. Whether they’re picking one up for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills, while providing high-quality coaching at little cost. At the same time, we’re committed to developing future leaders of the game by offering hands-on training and mentorship for new and aspiring coaches. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive lacrosse community; one player and coach at a time.

Times:
K-4 - 9:00am - 10:30am
5-8 - 10:30am - 12:00pm

Training Plan:
10 min warm up
20 min cones drills
15 min offensive drills
15 min defensive drills
30 minutes speed lacrosse

Need Gear:
Helmets, Gloves, Elbow Pads, and Penny (If you need to borrow gear please email boysdirector@uplacrosse.com)

If your player signs up now, they can join us for Pick Up Sticks: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27 @ 9:00am. We will have Curtis Jr high turf field set up for pick up sixes games, for all ages and levels.
