Registration for the 2026 season is closed.  Registration closes January 15th, 2026.

The Sparta Youth Lacrosse "SYL" 2026 Spring season is open to all players who reside within Sparta Township.  Sparta Youth Lacrosse is an inclusive program where any one can play and everyone feels welcome and respected.

ALL Grades 3 – 8 require a uniform.

Season Details:
The season start date is dictated by the weather and field conditions.  Indoor and outdoor turf time may be available prior to the opening of grass fields. More information will be provided towards the end of February.

As the spring season approaches, we ask that all players make Sparta Youth Lacrosse their top priority when conflicts arise with other lacrosse teams.  Our coaches work hard to create a strong, cohesive program, and consistent attendance is key to team development and success.

USA Lacrosse Membership is required for all players.  A USA Lacrosse renewal will automatically be included within the checkout process if their membership has expired or will expire prior to June 7, 2026 (end of season).  Age verification is required this year through USA Lacrosse

Kindergarten Showcase
Players will practice with Grade 1 & 2 (Boys) or Grades 1/2 (Girls) during the season.
 
Grades 1 & 2 
Practices and games which are refereed by coaches with 1 Tournament.

Grades 3 - 8
Practices and games with paid referees.  1-3 Tournaments.
