Event Overview
Quad Cities Lacrosse 2026 season! Whether you're new to the game or returning for another season, our program offers a fun and supportive environment for players of all skill levels to grow and develop their lacrosse abilities.
Age Groups:
- Boys & Girls (Ages 8-18): We offer age-specific teams to ensure that players receive appropriate coaching and competition.

- U10
- U12
- U14
- High School
Program Features:
- Professional Coaching: Our experienced coaches focus on building fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while helping each player improve their skills.
- Game Schedule: Weekly practices followed by exciting local games and tournaments.
- Player Development: Emphasis on technical skills, physical conditioning, and understanding the game of lacrosse.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Our program promotes inclusivity, teamwork, and fun for everyone, regardless of skill level.
Registration Details:
- Standard Registration: 1/21/25-3/9/26
- Fee: $200, including participation in league games and practices.
- Important Dates:
- Registration Deadline: 3/31/26
- Season Starts: 3/09/26 - First practice
- Practices: Mon and Wed evenings from 6 to 7:30 - Crow Creek Park in Bettendorf
- Season Ends : June 6th and 7th ILAX tournanment in Ankeny - Book hotel early as there is a big softball tournament that weekend as well.
Equipment Needed:
- Boys: Helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouthguard, lacrosse stick.
- Girls: Goggles, mouthguard, lacrosse stick.
- Rental Equipment is available on a first come first serve basis.
- Boys Rental $125
