Registration is open for Perry Township students.
An active USA Lacrosse membership is required and the registration process will automatically register you. There is a fee of $35 for the USA Lacrosse membership. The base price has changed to account for Perry Meridian Lacrosse not having to transfer through that $35.

Player Needs to Provide:
- Mouth Guard
- Cleats
- Athletic cup (boys)
- Black shorts for uniform
