It's time to register for the Hardin County Winter Lacrosse Academy. We are excited to offer a four session indoor lacrosse program beginning on February 1. This program is for all boys from Hardin County in grades 3-8 (public, private, DoD or home schools). No experience necessary to participate, no equipment necessary either. If you do have equipment, only gloves and sticks will be used.

We hope to see those who have participated in one of our lacrosse programs in the past and also new participants who have never played lacrosse before.

The four academy dates include two 1.5 hour sessions and include a lacrosse instructional block, followed by scrimmage time. We will conduct two sessions each on Feb 1, 8, 15, & 22 at JT Alton Middle School in Vine Grove. Please select Session A (2-4 pm) if you are a beginner or new lacrosse player; Select Session B (4-6 pm) if you have previous lacrosse experience. Registration fee is $20 purchased as a ticket.

This indoor lacrosse program is a primer for our Spring Lacrosse Season which will start on March 9. The Academy Sessions are designed to develop skills, confidence, and character in an uptempo instructional setting. Focus is on teaching fundamentals which translate to full field team play for the Spring Season.

Each session is action packed with instructional drills and activities introducing them to the sport and showing them proper techniques to nourish a love for the game.
