Welcome to Ballard HS Girls Spring 2026 Registration!
You will need a valid USA Lacrosse Membership in order to complete this registration. If you do not currently have a USA Lacrosse account, you will need to set one up before you register. The $35 USA Lacrosse membership/renewal fee will be added to your cart as part of the registration.
We are a club sport and completely funded through registration fees and fundraising. Although registration fees are $500 per player, plus a $50 refundable uniform fee, it will cost the program approximately $925 per player to facilitate the spring 2026 season. The club is glad to provide partial and full scholarships. If you are interested, contact Amanda McGarty before you register.
Registration Steps:
Step 1) Submit this registration form and $500 fee.
Step 2) (New this year) Submit the separate $50 refundable Uniform Fee here.
Step 3) Complete required sports physcial/participation releases in the SPS FInal Forms portal.
Refund Policy:
► Full refunds are available until 01/30.
► 50% refund 02/01 - 02/27.
► NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED STARTING 02/28.
All players will need a sports physcial/participation release form that is up to date through 06/30/2026 and on file with BHS school office / in Final Forms.
