High School Boy's Season Details

We are excited to offer this competitive high school lacrosse program . Depending on the sklll and number of athletes, we offer a Division 1 and a Division 2 team for high school boys. Missoula Wild high school teams participate in the Montana High School Lacrosse League. Games are played in Missoula, Kalispell, Helena, Bozeman, Great Falls, and Billings. Games  begin the first Saturday in April and continue through May 18. 

New for the 2025 spring season, any high school girls interested in playing lacrosse will need to register with Spartan Lacrosse.

Missoula WILD wants all interested players to play lacrosse! If your family needs financial assistance to cover the cost of registration, please look into our scholarship program.

Please note, all athletes will be required to register with USA Lacrosse ($35) while registering with the Missoula WILD. Registration information provided here.


Player Evaluation and Practices

The Missoula Wild High School Boy's team will practice Monday through Thursday at Playfair Park (as weather allows).  Practices will begin in March.  

Player evaluation will be held in February, watch your email or our social media for the exact date as it gets closer. 

Practices will focus on core skills – with goals and drills specified for each age group. In addition, practice will teach team and game dynamics and specific player and position development.

Required Gear

All programs will be required to wear all sanctioned gear. Missoula WILD is able to lend sticks to players for the season, we also have a cleat exchange.

Gear needed for boys lacrosse: Helmet, Stick, Chest and Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Mouthguard, Athletic Cup, and Cleats.
