Player's Code of Conduct
A parent(s) or guardian must complete a player's form during the online registration. The parent will complete the check box, which will indicate that they have read and agree to the Code of Conduct form, and they know the consequences of violating one of the rules. Please discuss this form with your player, as your child will be held accountable for their actions by the league and WLC.

The parent will complete the check box during the online registration process, which will indicate that they have read and agree to the Player Release Form.

However, we expect that our players' parents will abide by our code of conduct and encourage a positive environment for youth lacrosse. A parent(s) or guardian must complete the code of conduct form during the online registration. The parent will complete the check box, which will indicate that they have read and agree to the Code of Conduct form and the 24-hour rule, and they know the consequences of violating one of the rules.
